In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll create a sun-catching piece while learning the basics of stained glass. You’ll cut, foil, and solder your design into finished piece that brighten up any window.

It’s an easy, low-pressure way to get started and see results right away.

✨ What You'll Do

You’ll complete your project over two sessions, with optional studio time between classes to finish prep work if needed.

• Day 1 focuses on cutting, shaping, grinding, and foiling your glass pieces.

• Day 2 is all about soldering, finishing, and bringing your piece to life.

We’ll guide you through each step — so you can focus on learning, creating, and enjoying the process.

👕 What to Wear

• Wear something you don’t mind getting a little messy — this is a hands-on class.

• Please wear close-toed shoes, no loose clothing, and hair tied back for safety

🛠️ What to Bring

• All materials and tools included. 

• If you wear reading glasses, bring them with you.

• If you have personal protective equipment (safety glasses, dust mask, etc.), feel free to bring it. Otherwise, we’ll provide what you need.

• *Due to the use of lead during soldering, we do not recommend students that are pregnant or breastfeeding take our stained glass classes.

• Plan on having some homework between sessions — most students need extra time to finish grinding and foiling

• Expect a hands-on, slightly messy, super fun experience
